Approximately three years ago PharMerica hired members of our team to provide consulting services and drive the RFP, evaluation, selection and contract processes in hiring a national services provider.


We worked directly with senior management in establishing the needs of the firm and business units, providing recommendations and strength and weakness analysis, and negotiated the final pricing, scope of services and services agreement.


Their portfolio included over 100 properties in difficult tertiary markets, and directly tied to its healthcare clients.

The project was completed on time, and we provided annual and contract reviews on behalf of the client and the service provider performance
